Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear.

At Arielle Saphire, each garment is made with intention—ethically crafted to last, support your movement, and celebrate your shape. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition, with tags attached
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@ariellesaphire.co.za with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? If stock is available, we’ll happily exchange your item. Just follow the return steps above and indicate that you'd like an exchange. We’ll reserve your replacement item once your return is on the way.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear or intimates
  • Final sale items or gift cards
